Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

Location: Sanford, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-To-Hire Previous experience with pumps or industrial products is helpful, but not required. Candidates with strong customer service, order-entry, quoting, or inside-sales experience are encouraged to apply. About the Opportunity Our client, a growing wholesale distributor specializing in pump parts and fluid-sealing products, is hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support its customers and sales operations. This position is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, enjoys solving customer needs, and can accurately process orders and prepare quotes in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Assist customers by phone, email, fax, and at the sales counter Identify appropriate products based on customer applications and needs Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes Receive, enter, and process incoming orders Help identify and quote used pump or machine components Address customer questions, concerns, and order-related issues Maintain accurate information within the company’s order-entry system Work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate shipments What We’re Looking For Previous customer service, inside sales, or order-processing experience Professional and confident telephone communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to follow instructions and respond positively to feedback Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel High school diploma or equivalent Experience with pumps, HVAC systems, rotating equipment, fluid sealing, or industrial products is highly beneficial but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Henis Group
