What You'll Do Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients. Build your own book of business within the personal development and leadership education sector. Generate interest using established marketing and client-development strategies. Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand prospective clients' goals and interests. Introduce qualified individuals to relevant personal development and leadership education programs. Follow up with prospective clients throughout their decision‑making process. Build and maintain professional client relationships. Utilize established digital marketing, communication, CRM, and business systems. Participate in ongoing business, leadership, sales, and personal development education. Independently manage your activity, pipeline, follow‑up, and results. Who We're Looking For We're less concerned with your current job title and more interested in the professional experience and mindset you bring. Your background may be in business development, healthcare, sales, account management, recruiting, customer success, education, consulting, professional services, operations, real estate, insurance, leadership, management, or another relationship‑driven profession. Previous sales or business‑development experience is helpful but not required. You may be a strong fit if you: Have established professional work experience. Communicate confidently and enjoy connecting with people. Are comfortable developing new relationships and following up.
