The right candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the employees engaging in machining and producing precision and complex parts to meet customer requirements. Job Duties

Lead and own execution of critical initiatives. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones. Facilitate cross functional alignment and communication. Identify and remove barriers; escalate issues quickly when needed. Apply Lean principles (flow, waste reduction, standard work, Kaizen). Conduct CI events and facilitate problem solving. Track progress, report status, and ensure delivery of targeted results. Support layout changes, cost reduction initiatives, and process standardization. Drive arrears recovery through daily management and constraint focus.

Role Requirements

Proven project management experience. Continuous Improvement (CI) facilitation experience. Strong understanding of Lean concepts, including: Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, Flow and waste reduction. Ability to lead cross functional teams. Strong communication and problem solving skills.
