We’re seeking a friendly, reliable Medical Assistant with at least two years of experience in a medical office setting. Proficiency with EMR systems—particularly eClinicalWorks (eCW)—and strong computer skills are essential. The ideal candidate communicates clearly and professionally, with a genuine ability to connect with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical history in the EMR system
- Perform EKGs, nebulizer treatments, vaccinations, injections, and blood draws
- Assist physicians during exams and procedures
- Sterilize instruments, stock exam rooms, and maintain clinical areas
- Communicate test results to patients
- Collaborate with front office staff to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager
The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in all aspects of patient care and office operations.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 Based on Experience
