Are you looking for a flexible opportunity where you can make a difference in students’ lives? Teachers Now is hiring dependable and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to support schools throughout Houston, Cypress, Katy, and surrounding areas!
Whether you’re an experienced educator, a recent graduate, retired teacher, or simply passionate about working with students, we’d love to have you join our team!
Pay: $90–$120 per day
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Locations: Houston, Cypress, Katy & surrounding areas

As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll help keep the classroom running smoothly while providing students with a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the classroom teacher
Supervise and support students throughout the school day
Assist students with classroom activities and assignments
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Take attendance and follow campus procedures
Communicate professionally with school staff
Follow all school policies and safety guidelines
Minimum 60 College Credits or Associates
Previous classroom, childcare, or youth-related experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable, responsible, and professional
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to support students
Passion for helping students succeed
