Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and personal assistance to individuals in daily living activities
• Support clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility
• Implement individualized care plans and document progress accurately
• Assist with medication management and health monitoring as directed
• Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all clients
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in behavioral support strategies and crisis intervention when needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in direct care, personal care, or human services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable work ethic
