2nd Shift Machine Operator Helper$18-20/hrKey ResponsibilitiesLoad and align products into equipment while ensuring proper machine settings.Stack finished products on pallets for shipment or further processing.Conduct visual quality inspections to identify defects and inconsistencies.Complete quality documentation and production records accurately.Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.Assist with assembly, kitting, packaging, and finishing operations.Monitor machine performance and report operational issues.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Cross-train in multiple departments and learn new production processes as needed.Required QualificationsExperience following written work instructions and quality standards.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.Ability to document quality findings accurately.Comfortable working around production and manufacturing equipment.Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the entire shift.Flexible and willing to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities.Work EnvironmentClimate-controlled and well-lit production facility.Manufacturing environment with printing, laminating, and bindery equipment.Continuous standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift.Opportunities for cross-training, skill development, and career advancement.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of EDEN PRAIRIE, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
