Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$2105.28/week - Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a Medical Surgical unit for a 13-week contract. The role offers flexible scheduling, including every other weekend off, with opportunities for extra shifts. Responsibilities: Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care. Document patient interactions and clinical outcomes accurately. Float to other departments as needed to support staffing needs. Adhere to safety protocols, including suicide prevention and infection control. Qualifications: Hold a current Washington State or Multi-state Nursing license. Complete an approved 6-hour suicide prevention training. Provide verification of demographics through Nursys. Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Possess knowledge of Meditech (preferred but not required). Demonstrate strong teamwork and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
