Our team is composed of passionate sustainability professionals who are committed to delivering excellence and driving meaningful change.As a full-time Sustainability Analyst, you will assist in the goto market and business development activities of Trayak's sustainability solutions. You will collaborate with team members to support customer engagement, improve user experience, and support customers in their sustainability initiatives. You will lead life cycle assessment projects and research projects for clients, product development, and to increase the knowledge of internal teams. Your responsibilities will include building client relationships, understanding their sustainability needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives, and pursuing new business opportunities.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their sustainability needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.Manage multiple sustainability and research projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategies to expand the client base and grow revenue, including manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities from initial contact through to closing.Collaborate with internal technical and non-technical teams to align sustainability efforts with overall business objectives and support external communications.Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing support to address any sustainability-related questions or challenges.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Create engaging and persuasive content for marketing collateral, website, blog posts, whitepapers, help documents, and internal resources.Qualifications:Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related fieldPassionate about sustainability, action oriented, and results drivenExperience with data gathering tools and ability to learn new software and concepts quicklyStrong interpersonal communication skills and comfortable with in-person events, virtual meetings, and phone calls while developing genuine client relationshipsAwareness of sustainability issues, measurements, and reporting requirementsResponsiveness to customer requests and ability to investigate and dig deeper in customer issuesFlexible to support changing needs and eagerness to learn on the jobInitiative to think outside the box, curious, and a continuous learning mindsetStrong organizational skills to manage multiple clients on an ongoing basis while managing other responsibilitiesEffective, professional written and oral communicationsHigh level of comfort and knowledge using data to drive insights, decisions, and to quantify impactStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized, creative, and attentive to detailExperience and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and online advertising platforms a plusKnowledge of LCA, packaging and/or product sustainability a plusSchedule: Monday to FridayJob Type: Full-time, In-PersonIf you are passionate about sustainability and eager to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
