Daily Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas according to recipes and customer preferences Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, such as pasta making, bread baking, and sauce preparation Maintain a clean and organized work station Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality and consistency Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Required Skills: Experience in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine Strong knowledge of scratch cooking techniques Ability to manage food costs and portion control effectively Proficiency in sauce making and dessert preparation Excellent knife skills and experience with fryers Nice to Have Skills: Certification as an Executive Chef Experience with buffet and meal planning Knowledge of front of house operations Experience with salad preparation and dishwashing Education in Culinary Arts Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $16.00 per hour Maximum Salary: $22.00 per hour About Pomodoros Ristorante: Pomodoros Ristorante has been a staple in the Wexford, PA community for over 20 years.
