Innovation & Compliance Manager - NA Product Launches

Mars is seeking an Innovation & Portfolio Compliance Manager to ensure compliant, on-time product launches across North America. You will validate formulas, packaging, and labeling for regulatory accuracy and act as the primary regulatory checkpoint for finished products. You will collaborate with R&D, design, and PM to guide new product development, maintain regulatory risk registers, and review claims and content for compliance.
