We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer with hands-on experience in semiconductor ATE test development, characterization, debugging and production test . The role involves developing and optimizing test programs for wafer sort and final test, supporting new product introduction, improving yield and test efficiency, and resolving product/test issues.

Candidates should have practical experience with platforms such as Advantest V93K, Teradyne UltraFLEX or J750 , with strong understanding of semiconductor devices and the complete production test flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, characterize and maintain ATE test programs for semiconductor devices.
• Support Wafer Sort / Circuit Probe (CP) and Final Test (FT) activities.
• Develop test methodologies and test flows for new semiconductor products.
• Perform test program correlation, characterization and validation before production release.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from engineering development through production ramp.
• Analyze test data to identify yield loss, test escapes and device performance issues .
• Perform yield analysis, test limit optimization and guard-band analysis .
• Debug device, test program, test hardware and production test issues.
• Optimize test programs to improve test time, coverage, yield and manufacturing efficiency .
• Work with Product Engineering, Design, Validation, Quality and Manufacturing teams on product/test issues.
• Support qualification, production release, engineering changes and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, characterization reports and engineering analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-7 + years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Test Engineering / ATE Test Development .
• Hands-on experience with at least one major semiconductor ATE platform.
• Practical experience in Wafer Sort / CP and/or Final Test .
• Experience in semiconductor test program development, debugging and characterization.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device testing and production test methodology.
• Experience with test data analysis, yield improvement and production support.
