Anthony Griffin Allstate in Matthews, NC is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. We're open to unlicensed candidates with no insurance experience if you have a strong sales background and a proven ability to succeed in a commission-driven environment.

If you've worked in car sales, real estate, telecommunications, retail sales, financial services, or another performance-based sales industry , we'd love to hear from you.

We'll teach you the insurance business—you bring the drive, work ethic, and desire to win.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers and uncover their insurance needs.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-up, and prospecting.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes.
• Explain coverage options and help customers make informed decisions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals.

What We're Looking For
Insurance experience is not required for the right salesperson.

We're especially interested in candidates with:

• Strong sales experience and a proven track record of success.
• Experience in car sales or other commission-based industries is a major plus.
