Job Overview Join AZAD as an Electronics Engineer providing engineering and field support for SCADA and related systems for the Power System Control Technical Services group in Vancouver, Washington. Position Details 2+ year consultant with high probability of long‑term employment. Hybrid: onsite 3‑5 days per week, Vancouver, WA. Compensation Hourly $34.00 to $52.00 plus $4.93 fringe benefit. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. 5+ years experience in SCADA, DCS, PLC, BMS, or complex security systems. 2+ years design/install/maintenance of the above systems. 1+ year experience with DNP3, Modbus, OPC, or Ethernet/IP OT or IC networks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid U.S. Driver’s License/Real ID. Preferred Support service to field users in utility or industrial environment. Experience with SCADA systems and protocols. 2+ years Process Automation/Instrumentation experience. Experience with OT or IC networks. Hands‑on troubleshooting or maintenance with RTU platforms. Knowledge of Linux, Python scripting, HMI/MMI interfaces. Experience supporting classroom training or workshops.
