This role will focus on reviewing and improving HR policies, onboarding processes, leave administration practices, compliance efforts, and overall HR operations. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement while helping execute key HR initiatives.Worksite Location: Hybrid - Twin Cities Metro, MNSalary Range: Hourly rate between $60-$70, DOEBenefits: Versique benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident/critical illness insurance, MN ESST, MN PFML, and a 401(k) with company match.Roles & Responsibilities:Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee documentationAssess current HR processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and consistencySupport onboarding, employee experience, and talent management initiativesProvide guidance on leave administration, compliance, and employee relations mattersPartner with leadership to identify HR priorities and execute key projectsDevelop and update employee handbooks, policies, and supporting documentationHelp establish scalable HR processes to support future growthSupport compliance with state and federal employment regulationsServe as an HR advisor and resource for leadership on a variety of people-related mattersAssist with additional HR projects and operational needs as they ariseRequired Skills & Experience:Proven broad-based HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Consultant experienceStrong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and HR operationsExperience reviewing and updating employee handbooks, policies, and HR documentationFamiliarity with leave administration, including paid leave programs and related compliance requirementsAbility to assess current-state processes and recommend practical solutionsStrong project management and organizational skillsComfortable working independently and managing priorities with minimal oversightExperience supporting small to mid-sized organizations preferredAbout Versique: Versique: /ver-seek/ adj. being both versatile and unique; n. a high-performance recruiting firm specializing in executive leadership search, direct hire, and interim hiring solutions.Versique Executive, Professional, & Interim Recruiting is a locally owned and operated hiring and placement firm based in the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
