This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, assisting with warehouse operations, and helping ensure a safe and organized work environment. Pay & Benefits Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour Paid every Friday Sick days available after 90 days of employment Opportunity for overtime based on business needs Supportive team environment Must be available to work any shift Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and remove trash throughout the facility Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low Assist with warehouse organization and keeping work areas safe and clean Move supplies, carts, and materials as needed Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Support supervisors and team members with additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse or janitorial experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must maintain a professional and respectful attitude in the workplace Work Location East Orange, NJ Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on operational needs.
