Information Technology Support Engineer

6-month contract with the opportunity to convert to full-time We're partnering with a fast-paced team looking to add an IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and keeping office technology running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who's looking to grow their career in a collaborative environment with exposure to the latest AI tools and enterprise technologies. A few highlights: Free daily meals onsite Opportunity to convert to a full-time employee Hands-on environment supporting both Windows and Mac users Work with modern IT tools and technologies while supporting a variety of infrastructure projects What you'll do: Provide Tier 1/2 support for onsite and remote employees Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, hardware, networking, printers, and AV equipment Support office technology, conference rooms, live events, and regional offices Manage user accounts, devices, and access through Active Directory and Google Workspace Assist with IT projects, documentation, procurement, and inventory Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent employee support experience What we're looking for: 1+ years of hands-on IT support or desktop support experience Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, networking, and user support Familiarity with Active Directory and Google Workspace/IAM Excellent customer service and communication skills Someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys helping others Experience with VMware Workspace ONE, CompTIA certifications, or networking technologies like Cisco, Aruba, or Palo Alto is a plus, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fuel Talent
