Deaconess Health System is inviting Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to become a vital part of our hospital-employed EM team , delivering high-quality, fast-paced care across a variety of dynamic settings in Evansville, Indiana , and Henderson, Kentucky .

• Midtown Campus A 237-bed Level II Trauma Center , centrally located in the heart of Evansville
\n
• Gateway Campus A 250-bed acute care hospital with modern facilities and advanced technologies
\n
• Henderson Hospital A 143-bed acute care center across the river, rich in community tradition
\n
• New Satellite Emergency Department State-of-the-art and built with efficiency in mind
\n
\n
• Flexible Scheduling
\n
\n
• 9-hour shifts at Midtown, Gateway, and Henderson
\n
• 12-hour shifts at the Free-Standing ED
\n
• Full-time defined as just 15 shifts/month
\n
• Schedules are request-based and highly flexible, with dedicated Nocturnists to support work-life balance
\n
\n
• EPIC EMR Integrated, reliable, and intuitive
\n
• Requirement Prior EM experience and/or EM fellowship training is required.
\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n
• Average annual compensation of $525,000 ($388 per hour) with opportunities to earn up to $648K
\n
• Up to $164,000 in incentives , including:
\n
\n
• $50K Sign-On Bonus
\n
• $75K in Student Loan Forgiveness
\n
• Up to $24K in Educational Assistance

• Up to $15K in Relocation Assistance
