Welcome to Legacy House of Park Lane, an esteemed senior living community dedicated to excellence in care. We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate professional to assume the role of part-time Patient Care Nurse in Farmington, UT.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF PATIENT CARE NURSE
You'll be supporting our full-time Wellness Nurse, working two days per week with a very flexible schedule . As a pivotal member of our team, your daily responsibilities will involve conducting meticulous assessments, crafting individualized service plans, and collaborating closely with the Wellness Director. Your expertise will shine through in coordinating care effectively, ensuring the well-being of our residents. Accurate documentation will be integral, providing a detailed account of residents' health statuses and contributing to the overall excellence of our community.
