Job Description

Location: Greater Denver Metro & Denver Foothills Area
Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: Hourly | Based upon experience

Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to take the lead? Apple Aire is looking for a motivated Lead

Install Technician who is passionate about their craft, committed to top-tier customer service, and excited to mentor the next generation of HVAC professionals.

What You’ll Do:

Arrive on time to the office and all job sites
Load company vehicle with necessary tools and equipment
Prepare each job site with care (floor coverings, protection, etc.)
Complete HVAC system installations with precision and attention to detail
Perform full system testing to ensure proper operation
Provide clear, professional customer education on system use
Maintain detailed records in ServiceTitan, including job notes and payment collection
Mentor junior installers and support ongoing team training
Ensure job site and personal safety at all times

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked company vehicle (monthly inspections required)
Wear and maintain a clean company uniform
Participate in coaching, training, and continuing education
Act as a brand ambassador for Apple Aire, upholding our high standards of quality and service

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
EPA Certification
Proven HVAC installation experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead by example
Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher in a relevant field
NATE Certification
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software
Participation in Praxis S10 Continuing Education
