• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with shifts lasting between 8 to 10 hours
• Patient load: 12 patients per shift
• Setting: Inpatient care within an acute psychiatric unit
• Responsibilities include managing involuntary commitments and applying restraints as necessary
• Coverage for long-term vacancies while we seek permanent placements
• Second call backup with a response time of 30 minutes
• Average of 3 admissions every 24 hours
• Rounding is a required duty
• We negotiate competitive compensation and ensure weekly deposits
