In a supportive and collaborative environment, our clinicians empower kids, teens, and parents to communicate effectively, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate life's emotional challenges through individualized, evidence-based practices.Perks & Benefits:Competitive Hourly Rates: $55–$68 per hour, based on skills and experienceAccess Benefits: including Medical, Dental, and Vision, based on eligibility401(k) with Company MatchEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Vacation, Sick Days & HolidaysFun, Collaborative Culture: team events, celebrations, and supportive leadershipWhat You'll Do:Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal communication skills, and provide individual one-on-one therapy with children ages 5+, pending clinical evaluationPerform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and both short- and long-term interventions while developing individualized treatment plansProvide psychoeducation to clients and families while collaborating with internal team members and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive careServe as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW level prepared team membersQualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Master's degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited universityLCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of IllinoisPrior experience working with children and familiesWhat Makes You a Great Fit:You are passionate for supporting children, teens, and families through emotional, social, and behavioral challengesYou adapt your communication style to each child's developmental level, including using nonverbal strategies when needed, to ensure children feel understood and supportedYou bring strong clinical judgment and the ability to tailor interventions to each child's unique needsYou are committed to ongoing learning, clinical excellence, and contributing to a positive, family-centered therapy experienceWork Schedule: 3 - 7 pm Mondays through Friday, Saturdays from 8 am - 2 pm (Optional)
