The main departments for this apprenticeship are Managed Server or Customer Service. Your responsibilities: Administer servers Support and maintain customer servers in our data centers Assist our customers with the administration of their servers Maintain and develop our software (both application and system software) Implement projects within the team Provide support for other departments and do telephone and email customer support What impresses us: Secondary school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma Good knowledge of mathematics, computer science, and English Initial experience with hardware, networking, and Linux is a plus Strong interest in technology Interest in and enthusiasm for modern technologies and developing complex solutions Fluent in German and good command of English, both written and spoken The work environment at Hetzner: At Hetzner Online, your tasks will be exciting, challenging, and varied.
