Warehouse Associates

This role requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, quality, and customer service while performing duties under direct supervision.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Unload, organize, inspect, and perform quality checks on incoming products.
• Update and maintain inventory records according to company policies and procedures.
• Locate, pick, inspect, and load products for customer orders.
• Assemble tire and wheel packages, ensuring proper mounting and balancing.
• Apply tire studs, shave tires, or heat-cycle tires according to customer specifications.
• Handle and inspect returned products, update inventory, and process returns according to company policies.
• Pick and deliver products for onsite customer pickup or will-call orders.
• Safely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, turrets, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all required PPE and safety guidelines.
• Complete training to develop advanced product knowledge.
• Follow all company safety, attendance, and conduct policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Accurately read, label, identify, and organize products.
• Identify and help correct discrepancies in order fulfillment.
• Support team members and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Perform physically demanding duties throughout the shift, including lifting, rolling, stacking, and organizing heavy or bulky products.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately read, identify, label, and organize products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with coworkers and assist team members when needed.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift, including lifting, rolling, stacking, and organizing products.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently and ensure products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner.
• Must be able to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is preferred.

Work Schedule

Typical workdays are Monday through Friday , with approximately 40–50 hours per week . Shifts may fall between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM , with additional hours or overtime available as needed.
