What You'll Do

• Train under a Master and several different Lead Installers
• Deliver and unload job materials
• Meet and greet the property owner
• Set-up and breakdown workstations
• Remove and load old equipment
• Lift and place new equipment
• Provide general assistance to your lead HVAC Installer
• Prepare and deliver parts and tools for use
• Make mechanical, plumbing, and electrical connections under supervision
• Sort trash, scrap, and returns
• Organize and stock the truck
• Clean-up and tidy work areas
• Document work activities
• Report to the office
• Say goodbye to the property owner
• Exit and leave respectfully
• Earn the hours you need to get licensed
• Learn how to properly use tools and install new systems
• Work with a team of talented people
• Start your career path with a strong foundation
• Become an HVAC Installer

Hours

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00PM-4:30PM
• 30-minute lunch
• Full-time
• Routine schedule
• Overtime available

Travel

• Arrive to work and park at our office in Nashua, New Hampshire
• Punch-in and meet up with your assigned partner for the day
• Together, using a Walley's® vehicle, drive to your assigned job location
• When the work shift is over, drive back to the office and punch-out
• Walley's® currently serves a 30-mile radius of Nashua, New Hampshire

Salary

• $20-$30 per hour (based on ability and attitude)

Prerequisites

• This is an entry level position
• Previous schooling, licensing, and certification is not required
• Past experience is welcome
• Standard qualifications apply (e.g., physical, aptitude with tools, etc.)
