Nurse Practitioner

Title: Nurse Practitioner Status: Full Time Location: Tunica (Robinsonville), Mississippi Salary: Salary to be discussed by Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join an employer-sponsored health clinic providing comprehensive primary and occupational health services. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-employment, annual wellness, and preventive physical examinations. Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical guidelines and supervising physician protocols. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide preventive health screenings and wellness initiatives. Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses. Review and discuss patient cases with the Medical Director and client leadership as appropriate. Oversee employee respirator fit testing and hearing conservation programs performed by clinic staff. Deliver age-appropriate patient assessments and interventions. Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and treatment plans. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals through appropriate referrals. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation. Assist with general clinic operations and perform additional clinical duties as needed. Practice in accordance with established clinical protocols and professional ethical standards. Required Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active state license. Minimum of one year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or an Urgent Care setting. Current BLS certification. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care. Preferred Qualifications Active DEA registration. Experience in occupational or employer-based healthcare.
