Safely transport residents to medical appointments and outings
Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles while ensuring comfort and dignity
Support nursing staff with resident care and daily needs as assigned
Treat residents and their belongings with dignity and respect
Maintain transportation schedules and ensure timely arrival for appointments
Collaborate with nursing staff to support resident well-being and safety
Complete additional duties as assigned by management
Current Illinois CNA certification preferred (we can help you obtain your certification!)
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Dependable, organized, and flexible team player
Comfortable using Outlook and Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Passion for providing compassionate care to seniors
