Key Responsibilities for Acute Care RN:
- Provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals with complex and acute medical needs.
- Perform thorough patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy, adhering to facility protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on acute conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation in line with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Active and unrestricted Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in the ICU or ER required.
