Acute Care Registered Nurse Opportunity

MLR is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's respected healthcare team at a facility near Monroe, Oregon!

Key Responsibilities for Acute Care RN:

Provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals with complex and acute medical needs.
Perform thorough patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy, adhering to facility protocols and guidelines.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on acute conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Maintain clear, accurate documentation in line with regulatory and organizational standards.

Acute Care RN Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in the ICU or ER required.
