We are growing rapidly and we are seeking salon and spa professionals to grow with us and help enrich the lives of the seniors we serve throughout our communities by offering exceptional massage therapy services to residents, family members, and employees of the community.We are looking for licensed massage therapists who are passionate about the benefits massage brings to personal health. You should be familiar with a variety of massage services that can help reduce pain and stress, such as Swedish, reflexology, shiatsu, and geriatric massage. Bonus amount and payment schedule:The employee will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000, to be paid in installments as follows: 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. To qualify, the employee must: complete the required CARES certification (if applicable), demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols, and effectively utilize RSS systems. 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS. The employee must be in good standing and have adhered to all RSS policies and protocols. 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS. The employee must remain in good standing and continue to meet all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols. If the employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.
