This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.


Job Details:

• $0.52-$0.54 per mile
• Stop pay: $33.00 per stop
• Detention pay: $20.00 per Hour - Starts 2 hours after on-time arrival per hour
• New hire training period: $ 250.00 per day - Average 2 weeks per day
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Holiday pay: $200.00 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $100,000
• Daily home time
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
