Facilities/Maintenance TechnicianThe Facilities/Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, clean, functional, and welcoming for members and guests. This role performs routine custodial, maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities while supporting the day-to-day operation of building systems and amenities. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high facility standards, proactively identifies and resolves issues, and delivers exceptional service through professional, responsive, and member-focused interactions. Based on location, these responsibilities may include pool vacuuming and testing, adjusting pool water chemicals, arcade repair and testing (if applicable), indoor soccer turf repair and maintenance (if applicable), plumbing, light electrical and painting.Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products.Maintain a clean, safe work environment.Greet members and guests throughout the property.Understand and anticipate the needs of the propertyBe attentive and listen carefully to the member's and follow through.Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner.Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training.Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings.Minimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily.
