IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer Location: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid) Contract: 6+ Months Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, endpoint management, and employee onboarding/offboarding for a distributed workforce. Administer cloud and SaaS platforms, including SSO, MFA, user access, and IT asset management. Utilize ServiceNow/Jira Service Management, Jamf, and Intune to manage tickets, devices, and support operations. Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell, with basic SQL knowledge for reporting and ticket analytics.
