Store Manager

Crumbl Cookies is looking to hire a Store Manager to join their team! Responsibilities Successfully managing all aspects of store business operations. Ensure the 3 C's of Crumbl are met: Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness. Ensure we never run out of cookies, that cookies are dressed and prepared properly, and that every customer leaves the store with a big smile! Order ingredients and other supplies for the store. Maintain and create weekly schedule. Maintain knowledge and skills for baker and driver positions and fill in as necessary. Hire, train, motivate, and coach employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers; assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities. Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. Monitor store activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed. Analyze information and processes and develop more effective or efficient techniques and strategies. Establish and achieve business and profit objectives. Maintain a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive. Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers or other parties. Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures. Perform other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business. Qualifications Previous experience managing others required. High School Diploma preferred. Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Time and project management skills. Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies.
