1. Build Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute product launch plans in partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Partner with product leadership to inform and drive continued innovations for the evolving product road map.
2. Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to guide positioning and product strategy.
3. Customer Voice: Partner with customer success and product teams to gather and integrate customer feedback into product roadmaps.
4. Product Advisory: Develop and lead a product advisory board built from key customers and non-customer to help inform and guide future innovations and communicate our story to the marketplace.
5. Metrics & Performance: Define KPIs and track performance of marketing initiatives to ensure impact and ROI.
6. Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, training materials, and tools that help the sales team communicate value effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in medical device/medical technology. xxzpjkt
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Up to 50% travel, including overnight stays and occasional weekend commitments.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and product management software (e.g., Jira, Aha!)
