Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• Coverage for FMLA leave through late August, with flexibility for a shorter term if preferred by candidate
• Onsite team includes PT, PT Tech, Chiro, and Acu
