Billingual Contract Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

The Village Life Center Texas, is seeking Fully Licensed Contract Therapists to provide outpatient behavioral health services to children and adults. In this role, you’ll work as part of a collaborative care team while maintaining autonomy in your clinical work.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to assigned clients.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and reimbursement standards.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality, coordinated care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies.

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical field from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Texas license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking).
• Ability to meet documentation and compliance standards.
• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and TB test.
