Internet Sales Coordinator

Primary Function:

Under the direction and supervision of the Internet Sales Manager , this position is responsible for handling all aspects of Internet sales. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responds timely to all incoming new and pre-owned inquiry emails, calls and chat message promptly proving correct information to prospective buyer, gathering data and requesting appointments.
• Provides ongoing customer service.
• Develops an immediate and credible relationship with customers via email, telephone and chat; secures the appropriate information on customer regarding the inquiry.
• Performs all customer email follow-ups timely with a follow up phone call, with persistence, and within the guidelines set by the company.
• Schedules customer appointments with designated sales person; provides follow-up to confirm and remind customer of appointment.
• Responsible for product knowledge and selling the dealership and services.
• Must be willing to become certified in multiple car lines and attend ongoing training.
• Attends sales meetings and training as scheduled and/or requested.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Must have strong working knowledge of Internet and operating multiple programs at one time
• Previous sales experience desired; Internet sales preferred
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be a self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong keyboarding and PC skills
• Must have ability to work well in a team-based environment
