Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutionsIdentify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation effortsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systemsDevelop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation processKeep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clientsLeverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver valueTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsWhat You Need:Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experienceMinimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP ImplementationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)Bonus Points If:You have strong knowledge of SuccessFactors module integrationsYou have experience leading specific workstreams (Data Conversion, Testing, Functional/Technical Integrations)You’ve completed certification in multiple SuccessFactors modulesYou have master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.You have advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture.You have experience with non-SAP Data, Reporting, and Analytics tools and platforms, with hybrid data architecture knowledge loading SAP data to Hyperscaler platforms like Microsoft Fabric, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks etc.You have experience with SAP BDC People IntelligenceCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
