Team Manager Opportunity Sam’s Club is currently seeking Team Manager candidates for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment, and Freight Flow roles. The full job description can be made available as part of the hiring process. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $62,000.00 – $84,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location. Benefits include: Health benefits: medical, vision and dental coverage. Financial benefits: 401(k), stock purchase and company‑paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits: PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty and voting; plus additional PTO or PPTO for vacation, sick leave, holidays or other purposes. The amount depends on job classification and length of employment and meets or exceeds paid sick leave laws. Other benefits: short‑term and long‑term disability, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more. Live Better U: a company‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities, covering tuition, books and fees from high‑school completion to bachelor’s, English Language Learning and short‑form certificates. Tuition is completely paid by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Minimum Qualifications 2 or more years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience with 6 months’ supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 1 year’s SAM’S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience. Preferred Qualifications Environmental Compliance or related field. Retail profit and loss statement management experience. Supervisory experience. Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.
