The full job description can be made available as part of the hiring process. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $62,000.00 – $84,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location. Benefits include: Health benefits: medical, vision and dental coverage. Financial benefits: 401(k), stock purchase and company‑paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits: PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty and voting; plus additional PTO or PPTO for vacation, sick leave, holidays or other purposes. The amount depends on job classification and length of employment and meets or exceeds paid sick leave laws. Minimum Qualifications 2 or more years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience with 6 months’ supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 1 year’s SAM’S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience. Preferred Qualifications Environmental Compliance or related field. Retail profit and loss statement management experience. Supervisory experience. Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.
