Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center setting.

Collaborate with pediatric care teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Monitor and assess patients respiratory status regularly.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant respiratory therapy standards and protocols.

Contribute to creating a safe and effective environment for pediatric patients.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in pediatrics.

RRT required; CRT not accepted.

Current TN license required at the time of submission.

Drivers license must be included with submission.

Must adhere to all requirements regarding Requested Time Off (RTO).

Ability to work weekend shifts as needed; scheduling to be discussed during the interview.
