CDL A Regional Truck Drivers – Western States

Looking for a CDL-A truck driving job with strong earning potential, great equipment, consistent miles, and reliable home time? Andrus Transportation Services is hiring Class A CDL Regional Dry Van Drivers to run throughout the Western United States.

At Andrus, drivers come first. You’ll have a dedicated Fleet Manager, 24/7 support, quality equipment, and home-time options designed to help you build a long-term career.

What You’ll Earn

• Pay: Up to $.60 CPM DOE + $.04 CPM production bonus
• Minimum 2,600+ miles per week
• Experience-based bonuses, including Veterans, Hazmat Endorsement and Production
• Performance bonuses for Idle, Mileage, Layover, Breakdown, Referral and more

Your Routes & Home Time

• Run primarily throughout WA, OR, CA, AZ, NM, CO, ID, NV and UT
• Home every 7–10 days
• 100% No touch freight – 70% drop and hook

Late-Model Equipment

• Automatic Freightliner trucks, no older than 3 years
• Premium interiors and driver-friendly features
• PrePass

Driver Support

• Assigned Fleet Manager 
• 24/7 personalized support

Minimum Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must have at least 1 year recent verifiable Class A driving experience
• Minimum 23 years of age
• No DUI/DWI, reckless driving, or other major driving violations or judgments within the past 5 years
• No failed drug test within 5 years
