Position Overview Role: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Phoenix, AZ area Setting: School-Based Type: In-person, full-time or part-time Pay Structure: Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time Upcoming 2026-2027 school year Key Responsibilities Deliver evaluations and school-based therapy services Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff Complete documentation and IEP goals aligned with school timelines Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology Arizona Speech Language Pathology license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Active Fingerprint Clearance Card Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Benefits & Perks Pay: $50-65/hour W-2 employment Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave Reimbursements for licensure, CEUs, and other professional expenses Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate Professional liability insurance coverage Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid time off for volunteer hours and donation matching *Benefits for 0.8 FTE or higher.
