Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and case evaluations. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings. Prepare witnesses and clients for litigation proceedings. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service. Maintain organized case files while meeting litigation deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, and the courts. Stay current on developments in Florida workers' compensation law. Qualifications Active Florida Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of workers' compensation attorney experience. Trial experience required. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience drafting litigation documents and managing active caseloads. Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment. Prior law firm experience required.
