Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Flexible Weekend & Evening Shifts

Location: Greater Tucson, AZ Area

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time-could be if you take more than one case

Current Openings:

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 12-Hour Day Shifts
Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Monday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM

What You'll Do

Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care in the home setting.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
Educate patients and family members on care needs.
Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

Current Arizona LPN License (or Compact License if applicable)
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Current BLS Certification (in-person)
Current TB Test
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Article 9 Training (provided during onboarding)
