Robert Half Legal is recruiting a Commercial Litigator for a full-service business law firm in downtown San Francisco (hybrid/remote flex – SF Bay Area residents only). Our client has been recognized by legal publications as a leading boutique firm in Northern Calfornia. The litigation team manages commercial disputes, breach of contract actions, intellectual property infringement cases, and employment litigation for enterprises of all sizes -- from small businesses, tech startups, to established companies in various industries. This is a partnership-track opportunity for an attorney who enjoys courtroom advocacy and meaningful relationships with clients at a firm that values work-life balance and community service through local and national bar associations.Qualifications:3-10+ years of complex litigation experience at private law firm practice;Commercial, L&E, and IP litigation practice are preferred; California bar licensure and good academic record; andEntrepreneurial, business-minded, and enjoys professional networking.The firm is offering a base salary range of $180,000 – 250,000/year, depending on practice experience, plus annual bonus, and good employment benefits package (notably firm covers 100% of the employee’s premium for Medical / Dental / Vision / Life Insurance, 12 firm holidays annually, 3 weeks PTO, and other nice perks described below).
