Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary platform and your own network to source prospective healthcare candidates
• Reach out and engage potential candidates, sharing MLR opportunities and assessing their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for further screening
• Follow up with prospects to foster interest and guide their journey through the hiring process
• Keep precise and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires arising from your leads
