Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Veteran Disability Evaluations

We are looking for a committed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to become part of our team, focusing on medical evaluations for U.S. Veterans as part of the disability benefits process managed by the VA. This position entails performing targeted, in-person physical examinations and electronically reviewing medical records to fulfill the necessary documentation for the VA.

• Conduct in-person disability evaluations for U.S. Veterans.
• Examine and interpret electronic medical records through a secure online portal.
• Thoroughly document examination results and complete the required VA paperwork.
• Offer medical insights based on your evaluation findings.

Note: This position does not include treatment or medication prescribing. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is responsible for making disability determinations, not the provider.

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
• Location: In-person role.
• Caseload: 3-5 Veterans daily.
• Equipment Provided: Computer and all necessary documentation tools.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and online portals.
• A professional and empathetic approach when engaging with Veterans.

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
• Comfortable utilizing technology for record reviews and documentation.
