McDonald's Clean Crew - Janitor

The Job

Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and ready for every customer. You'll handle daily cleaning, trash, restocking, and quick fixes so the team can focus on serving great food fast.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and outside spaces.

• Empty trash, recycle, and keep the parking lot clear.

• Spot and report (or fix) small maintenance issues.

• Help the crew during busy times when needed.

• Some preventative maintenance items (small equipment, rooftops, landscaping)

What You Need

• Reliable and ready to work.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.

• Flexible schedule: mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.

• No experience required-we'll train you.

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

-Filtering oil fryers daily

-Maintaining outside grounds

-Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

-Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

-Take out and empty trash compactor

-Change light bulbs

-Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
