AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! You provide an amazing shopping experience to every guest, representing the company values and bringing your real self to work. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they need. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as required. Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy. Assist teammates and support teamwork. Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
