Sharp Rees- Stealy Medical Group (SRSMG) is seeking a Fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist to join our expanding multidisciplinary breast program. The incoming surgeon will join two other breast surgeons within a collaborative group that emphasizes quality, innovation, and coordinated care across specialties. Work closely with dedicated breast radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, breast pathologists, plastic surgeons, genetic counselors, nurse navigators as part of a fully integrated breast program. Strong institutional commitment to multidisciplinary care, clinical research participation, and evidence-based pathways. Access to comprehensive resources, including dedicated nurse navigators, survivorship programs and robust support services. Sharp Health is a Commission on Cancer (CoC)-accredited program that prides itself on providing comprehensive, patient-centered, multidisciplinary cancer care that meets the highest national standards for quality, outcomes, and continuous improvement.

• Candidate must have completed a breast surgery fellowship
• Incoming surgeon will join two other breast surgeons
• Commitment to teamwork and patient--centered care
• Interest in advancing clinical quality, program expansion and community outreach encouraged
• Division sees over 300 new breast cancer patients annually
• Clinical based with dedicated surgery time
• Full day of clinic = average 10-14 patients
• Full days of OR with dedicated block time
• Average cases/week: 4-8
• Work alongside reconstructive surgeons with excellent coordination of care
• Dedicated breast radiologists and wireless localization technology
• Great support for all laparoscopic and robotic surgery procedures

Total Compensation Range: $391,428.96-550K+The posted compensation range reflects the anticipated salary or compensation range for this position, as required by applicable state law. Actual total compensation may be higher and can include additional earnings such as productivity incentives, quality and performance bonuses, hospital/call stipends, extra shift pay, and other compensation components, where applicable. Providers may also be eligible for a CME allowance and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
